We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Poipu Sands unit 312. The location is fantastic. You are steps from the pool and several barbecue grills. You can see the ocean and watch the sunrise right from the lanai. There are walking paths every direction and it is a short walk to the ocean where you can see turtles and whales. The Hyatt is nearby with excellent casual and fine dining. There trail along the coast from the Hyatt is one of the most beautiful coastal trails in Hawaii.

Wow! The views were incredible! The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We were glad there was AC as some of the late afternoons got warm. We loved the gate to access a private road to walk to beaches and food. The chairs, boogie boards, towels and umbrellas were also an added bonus (all in great condition!). Overall it was a great stay and we just couldn't get over the views!

Fantastic walkable location near Poipu Beach. Lots of green turtles seen resting on the beach. Sometimes a monk seal can be seen resting on the beach. The condo had nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs for use on the beach. A nice welcome basket was in the condo when we arrived.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio. The owner was very responsive when we had a question and a maintenance crew was sent the same day we reported a chirping smoke detector. In a great location near restaurants, shopping, beachea and even a luau all within walking distance. A super plus to have a desiginated parking spot so when you come home late you dont have to search for a spot. A super plus plus was the supplies provided: Hand soaps, lotions, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. Plan to book again. Thank you.
