This is hands down the best airbnb we have stayed in for a long time. the house is beautifully designed and has everything you need for a getaway to tauranga / mt maunganui. it is less than 10minutes to drive to the beach and less to Bayfair (big shopping centre). We loved the feeling of not being in the city at all, the house is in a semi-rural suburb in the middle of Tauranga and the Mount. The outdoor bath is divine. One warning if planning on doing lots of cooking - the kitchen bench area is small and no dishwasher. lots of good restaurants a short drive away though! We would love to return. :)
