We had minimal interaction with reception staff, only thing we did with them was ask for replacement room key and then turned in keys upon check out.
The condo/apartment itself was nice and spacious. No AC but they do have fans which was more than adequate.
The only thing I saw in building...
Problems with communication. One key malfunctioned 2 days in, gate guard was not helpful in resolving, dismissed us and did not offer to reprogram or give instruction on reaching the correct party. Reached out to host on platform and they offered zero response until following day, with no assistance given....
