Upon arrival there were a few items, like TV in closet (must not work) ironing board was out in the closet, a childs shorts were on balcony, but other than that very clean. There are some rules that go with staying here, so we were sure to leave the place even better than we found it! We were also sure to turn off AC when we left each time. Beautiful location and property. Perfect for families....
