Had an amazing time at Level! The apartment was cozy, housekeeping and front desk were excellent, and I felt right at home! I can’t wait to stay there again the next time I’m in Long Beach!

ottima scelta .

Great building but didn’t like Long Beach, to many homeless people and far from the nice places

The building is called Onni East Village and it’s great! Level owns the first 3 levels of Onni. I love Onni and their employees were wonderful and very helpful. However, Level was very slow to respond. I paid for a $300 parking pass that was not given to me for over a month. I ended up having to track down the manager and she sent me my pass directly from her phone. During that time I had to pay out of pocket and was not reimbursed. The building is great, just staying with Airbnb was not the best way to stay at Onni. I don’t know if it was the Airbnb representative I dealt with, but it took over 12 hours to get a response. Also usually Airbnb that you stay at for over a month will give you first right of refusal which I was not offered. This left me having to find a new place quickly as they booked my unit for someone else to stay a week. I had already been living in my unit for 2 months and wanted to extend another month which I made clear to them from day one.

Ken is the best manager of this property on the level side. You are in for a great experience if you need to stay here for a month for whatever reason
We had a bit of an issue getting parking passes set up. But the office is super understanding to your needs. I felt more like living in a short term apartment than an Airbnb. And that’s a good thing
