Absolutely wonderful family holiday for Thanksgiving! Best place we've stayed on the island for the last four trips, and will definitely be back. Minimal stairs for elderly, lovely outdoor enclosed shower and beautiful decorations. Highly recommend! We especially enjoyed the beautiful deck with family style table for our Thanksgiving shrimp boil dinner from Topsail Steamer.

Beautiful beach, very close to the house. The house itself needs a few repairs and had a little bit of a musty smell, if you're sensitive to things like that. Nice washer and dryer that actually feels like it washes clothes. We loved the neighborhood and walking on the pier, 7min drive from the house. Great for little kids. I'd say the house is priced like what you'd expect of an updated rental on 1st row, but the actual look and feel of the kitchen and bathrooms is somewhere between newly updated and rustic. Also, prepare to be tracking in a lot of sand through the house, more than we've ever had at any other beach house, even though they provide a hose. The closed in porch, while perfect for rainy days, traps the sand.

Hard to beat that back deck and it’s view and proximity to the ocean. The bidets were an awesome touch! House itself could use some updates here and there. Overall though a great beach house. Going to be hard to out do this deck for any beach vacations our family does in future.
