house and most of its contents are a little tired.
Some bathrooms have signs of mould, microwave was filthy & had evidence of being on fire.
Lots of clusters of cobwebs (eg go to the back door and look up.)
The bin in the back garden was over flowing with bagged rubbish and an area was littered with cigarette dimps.
One or two glasses had chips on the mouth area.
Communication to start with was extremely poor (a reply was received after 3rd request which was weeks after the original question) Also had a problem with the ovens; communication then was prompt. Though the issue was the fuse socket and is likely a health & safety issue because it’s damaged and loose on the wall. Once we had vacated we realised our granddaughter had left a piece of her cooking set behind; communication was quite prompt.
We had also left 10 unused scratch cards in the kitchen cupboard; communication is zero from Aaron to date!
