This is a well equipped condo. It is a 10 minute drive from the city of Menaggio, but has an outstanding view of the lake from the balcony. The second bedroom’s bed is a little smaller than excepted and very tight for two adults, but could work well for children. Unfortunately the internet server had issues and we did not have internet for the three days there. I would recommend the condo for the beautiful view and the wonderful outdoor patio .

Fabulous views are a stand-out factor here. We were looking forward to our stay very much.
Daily construction noise from the opposite hillside 0800-1600 greatly disturbed us. We couldn’t relax outside at all.
The apartment block is recently constructed but noise insulation between apartments is not the best.
We were also a bit disappointed on arrival at maintenance standards (our expectations were set high from the photos and the rental cost). Decor looks tasteful but the sofabed was poor quality and was dirty, stained and torn in one place (there was other evidence that the owners have a dog). Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. A kitchen electrical socket was loose and bedside tables and lamps were wobbly, bathroom wall mirror light didn’t work.
It's on a narrow hilly residential road. No restaurants or shops in safe walking distance -car is essential.
Bram & Pu were responsive & did their best to sort out an issue for us. They sent us very clear instructions to find the apartment

Beautiful view of Menaggio, kid friendly deck nicely gated in and locked! Super nice and clean pool! Overall had a great stay. Clean, perfect location, quiet, and very friendly hosts. Will definitely come again.

My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon in early June 2023. We had a fantastic time within this property surrounded by the landscape of Como and would highly recommend anyone looking for views of the lake to checkout this place just above Menaggio 😀
