I was a bit hesitated to book this place, since it was a new listing without any reviews. I took the risk and it really paid off. The house is great - spacious and modern. It's located in a quiet gated community, very private and faces a golf course. It was sparkling clean - big credit to the cleaners. The furniture is modern, all kitchen utensils are there and in great conditions. We stayed one week there and it was a pleasure to come back to the house every evening after a busy day. The communication with a host was a breeze. Thank you guys.

The property suited our purpose nicely with 6 adults celebrating a milestone birthday, allowing everyone couple to have their own space and bathroom amenities. Property is well laid out with the bedrooms either upstairs for the main or in the other wing, easy level access on the ground floor both front, back and from the garage.
The main inside living area provided plenty of space for relaxing and the outside area for sitting around, enjoying the pool or lazing on the sun lounges. When the doors and shutters are opened up the inside is cool and comfortable, being June there was no need for any A/C as the airflow and fans were sufficient
The location is quiet and relaxing, backing onto the golf course at night it is very quiet. It is distant from the town centre necessitating either a vehicle or use of the local shuttle services for access to the majority of the restaurants/services/marina.
