Alles in allem eine sehr preiswerte Unterkunft direkt neben der Underground-Station, was sie perfekt macht. Einzig die Gegend kann nachts ein wenig „rau“ sein. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ihren Preis wert.

O anúncio aponta de forma errada o endereço no mapa, como se fosse no Batel, mas é no Rebouças próximo ao centro. Já existem vários comentários sobre isso e os anfitriões não corrigem. Somente informam o endereço exato após reserva confirmada e após envio dos documentos dos hóspedes. Uma pena, pois já começa estragando nossa experiência antes mesmo de começar a estadia. O condomínio é ótimo e o apartamento também é muito bom exceto pela vista, que não há, é preferível deixar as cortinas sempre fechadas. No mais, a cozinha estava bem equipada, exceto por taça de vinho que só tinha uma.
