Great winter location. The heated garage was perfect for negative weather. Did get a bit toasty but perfect for the negatives. Super responsive host answered all my questions within a day or 2. Lots of trendy restaurants nearby and nice to walk around in the day time. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable. Everything worked except for the very small washing machine/dryer. The dryer could not dry anything so I had to use the pay machines in the basement. Host promptly fixed issue with heating. Very clean, nice, and in respectable safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy with an assigned spot and no problems.

We just moved back to Minneapolis and this Linden Hills condo was the perfect place to stay while we got settled.
Pros: great location 1 block to Lake Harriet and the business district. Also on the 6 bus route which made commuting to the office in downtown Minneapolis easy. Free on-site, reserved parking. Janene was responsive and helpful.
Cons: basically no cons. The unit had a two- in- one washing machine which was slow. Really not an issue since you can always hang dry clothes or take them to the in- building laundry room.
Other notes: the building has an elevator and a rooftop deck.
