We appreciated the use of the garage for safe parking. The only aspect we did not appreciate was that we did not have the ability to turn on and off the hot tub independently. While the management company was extremely responsive to our texts to use the hot tub (the required procedure), this was a deterrent to using the hot tub over our week in the home.
