Wir hatten eigentlich ein anderes Haus gebucht, was dann aber nicht bezogen werden konnte. Haben als Ersatz dann dieses größere Haus mit ähnlicher Ausstattung bekommen - mit besserer Lage aus unserer Sicht, da nur 100 m zum Meer. Insofern dank an die Agentur.
Das Haus ist groß und hat alles was man braucht; auch wer gerne selber kochen möchte findet hier alles an Küchengeräten und ausreichend Porzellan, Gläser etc.
Wie bei vielen dieser Häuser merkt man aber, dass es nicht so oft vom Eigentümer bewohnt wird - z.B. waren eine Reihe von Lampen nicht im Ordnung, u.a. flimmerte das Licht der Dunstabzugshaube und andere Kleinigkeiten (z.B. war der Grill länger nicht gereinigt, was dann aber nachgeholt wurde).
Insgesamt tolles Haus, tolle Lage und ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns.

The Villa is in the perfect location! It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There were a few issues but these were addressed immediately. The only minor complaint was that the person who let us in the Villa didn't really explain how things worked but it was a last minute rental and she had to come on short notice. The basement bedroom is fine for children but not for adults as is the pull out sofa. Overall, it's a beautiful villa and the views are amazing.

A great property in an excellent location at a good price. Walkable to both the beach (a few minutes) and the commercial centre for shops and supplies (20 minutes). Some of the best beach bars and restaurants in the area all within walking distance. Really relaxing spot and a great villa for day to night enjoyment. Would not hesitate to return.
Luxury retreats are responsive, and flexible. They were able to accommodate early check in, provided recommendations for local places and arranged a quick refund of our deposit. Equally would not hesitate to book through them again.
