The home was as pictured, very cozy and nice. We had a few issues though. The pool heater had a maintenance issue that was not resolved until 4 days into our trip. The WiFi box had been removed, so we had no internet during our stay. This was particularly disappointing because my husband was working remotely during our stay. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. The right side of the bed felt like you were sleeping in a hole and was very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were there in the winter, so it wasn't needed, but the AC breaker was in need of maintenance, so the AC couldn't be used. We did not report it until after we left because I felt like we were being a nuisance with all the issues we were having. I booked this particular home because of the community pool. It was beautiful but unfortunately could not be enjoyed because it isn't heated. All in all, the home is very nice and as pictured, but many of the priority "conveniences" were very disappointing.
