Beim optionalen Frühstück mussten wir für unsere 4 jährige Tochter einmal den vollen Preis und einmal nichts bezahlen.
However, building facilities were disappointing. Pool and gym fees were per entry, not per day, and increased over time. Airbnb guests were not very welcome, with new rules and higher fees frequently introduced. Most security staff were unfriendly.
The location felt unsafe due to poorly lit areas and limited walkability. It required a 10-20 minute walk to safer areas and 20-30 minutes to a mall. Grab was available but sometimes slow.
Housekeeping required an extra fee even for a month-long stay. The internet, though advertised at 30 Mbps, was unreliable and often cut out, needing frequent restarts.
There is a convenience store in the building, but it’s expensive. Using delivery services was a better option.
The only negative point is the noise. You can hear literally everything from the room next to yours. It was hard sometimes to sleep because we could hear people talking…
You can also wait a lot to have an elevator available.
Apart from that, the apartment is great and so is the localization !
Petit bémol sur l’accès à la piscine, il faut quand même payer 6€.. et seulement en espèce..
Personne de disponible après 22h00… bien dommage en cas de problème..
