It's a really nice place with a great view over Surfers Paradise. It's central and close to everything you would want. The place was also clean and tidy. The only downsides are that the key pick up and drop off is about a 5-10min drive to Broadbeach, so keep in mind if you don't have transport. Also I thought the window between the bedroom and ensuite would have a switch to frost, but it doesn't, so there isn't any privacy. But luckily there is a second bathroom to use.

Amazing find in Mermaid Beach 🏖️, best location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Nice quiet location and fantastic beach access. The home itself could use some love but the location and views make that up in spades. Everything in the apartment worked as expected and it was very comfortable. Can’t believe you can take pets to this place, would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Treat yourself to breakfast at the little mermaid cafe just down the road, just fabulous. Thanks again.
