Cons: Small space. Maybe best for solo traveler or couple. A little chilly and difficult to warm up inside (visited in late December and January). Occasional interference with TV signal but it didn't last long.
Previous reviews referred to slow wifi. Wifi was not super fast but we found it to be adequate and the host assured us that he had streamed Netflix with no problems. Also, when booking, I got a pop up from AirB&B saying that the previous ratings/reviews were below average for this property. I disagree with those ratings. This property was more than adequate and its small size was more than compensated for by its location.
