The unit location was beautiful, central to many restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. Unfortunately we experienced flooding from both bathrooms due to clogged drains. Marco was super responsive and helpful in resolving this issues in a timely manner.

Tout était parfait ! L’appartement était vraiment propre, le balcon immense avait une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il était d’une très bonne dimension, et que dire du toit-terrasse avec ses piscines, son bar et restaurant. Les photos ne reflètent pas à quel point c’était beau! L’endroit était très bien situé, à côté de la plage et de la magnifique 38e. On y retournerait sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout Marco !

A great apartment in a great location. Amazing rooftop pools and bar. Only draw back was the building is being renovated and this is very visible from the apartment balcony. A lot of dust and rubble was falling onto our balcony from the work right next door.
