This property was perfect for our visit. There was plenty of space in the condo. The amenities in the condo and in the complex met our needs. The condo was within walkable distance to restaurants and shops. The bedroom and living room windows have a water view (as pictured).

We spent three weeks in 1603. It was nicely furnished and clean. The ocean view is amazing! When we had a problem with the umbrella (for shade on the beach), the host quickly provided a new one. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay had both positives and drawbacks. On the bright side, the condo is in a great location—very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and heated, which was a nice bonus. The condo was clean, and we appreciated the newer beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, and a cart. The screened-in patio was also a great spot to relax.
However, the condo itself is quite dated and could use some updates. While cleanliness wasn’t an issue, the age of the unit is noticeable. The provided toiletries were very basic (for example, 1-ply toilet paper), and the bedroom TV was frustratingly difficult to turn on—even with an instructional note. We had to get help and ended up just leaving it on to avoid the hassle. Additionally, the checkout instructions ask guests to start laundry, but no detergent is provided, which felt like an oversight.
Overall, if location is your main priority, this condo works well. Just set your expectations accordingly.
