We had a very nice stay at this house. The beds were comfy, the pool was a nice bonus, and the outdoor space right on the canal was great.

Unit 1111 is an end unit with definitely the best views of all the units on that floor. . Great unobstructed sunset views throughout the year as well as unobstructed sunrise views (from ~Sep 21 to ~Mar 21).
Marco Island has a very wide beach and it's about 0.4 mile walk from South Seas Tower 3 to the waterfront. Unit has a beach cart, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 5 beach towels, small cooler, and a few boggie boards and pool noodles.
The master bedroom that opens directly into the ensuite bath (no door in between). The bath has a walkin shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen & single bed. The 2nd bath is across the hallway and has a tub/shower with glass doors.

The property was as described! It was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Excellent location right across the street from the beach with a private boardwalk entrance. Nice pool. Balcony for afternoon sun. We enjoyed our stay!

Good place for a couple. Close to the beach. Bed was firmer than we are used to. ReMax was convenient for keys and very friendly staff.
