Fiz o check-in sem nenhuma dificuldade. O rapaz da portaria é bastante simpático e me auxiliou quando cheguei. O ambiente estava limpo e confortável. O apartamento é bem localizado, dá pra ir a pé até a paulista. Mas tenho algumas considerações negativas. No apartamento não tinham algumas coisas que constavam no anúncio como sal, óleo, açúcar (tem o fogão para fazer a própria refeição, mas precisei comprar essas coisas básicas). Também não tinha detergente para lavar os copos e talheres usados. No banheiro haviam frascos indicando shampoo e condicionador mas estavam vazios. Precisei comprar água também. No anúncio constava que haviam taças de vinho, chegando lá só havia uma taça e estava rachada. A jacuzzi no dia que fui estava fechada para utilização. Chegamos a pedir na portaria para ir, a pessoa respondeu dizendo que podíamos usar, e quando subimos estava fechada e coberta. Foi uma boa experiência, mas acho importante verificar os pontos citados.

Die Kommunikation als nicht portugiesisch sprechender Mensch ist schwierig. Sowohl mit dem Türpersonal als auch mit den Gastgebern. Die Daten wurden dann bei den verschiedenen Kommunikationakanälen nicht festgehalten und man musste wieder seine Zimmernummer angeben. Der Check in hat schon irgendwie funktioniert und beim wieder betreten den Gebäudes musste man sich ständig erkenntlich erklären, manchmal ziemlich frustrierend, bei 10 Minuten nicht eintreten. Anwohner würden einen erzählen, dass es eine App gibt, AccessRun, die es einem ermöglicht, per Gesichtserkennung und QR-Code durch das Gebäude zu manövrieren. Der Wäschebereich ist eher ein Gimmick, durch die komplizierte Einrichtung nutzlos. In der Straße gab es eine günstige Wäscherei. Das rettete dann die Sache. Es war furchtbar laut in der Nachbarschaft, da aktuell Hochhäuser gebaut werden. Sie sind dabei nicht vorsichtig oder leise sondern treten beim geparkten Truck aufs Gas. Schöne Gegend, gute Ausgangslage.
