This property was in a beautiful location, very peaceful, and not cluttered with touristy/commercial attractions, with only a short drive to these things if you wanted something else to do. The property itself was clean, cozy, and spacious. The linen service was excellent, with clean, soft linens delivered before we arrived. The Realty Group was very communicative, so we knew exactly what to expect at every step; they even communicated potential setbacks from being on an island (ie, lower water pressure during peak times, which was not an issue for us at all). The washer and dryer was in great shape, the dishwasher and kitchen appliances were also excellent. The only thing that was not clear in the listing was the middle bedroom does not have a window, but the rest of the house was beautiful and matched the pictures, and everything worked as it should. We had a wonderful vacation, as this felt very much like a home away from home.

Great location, cozy house, beach a minute away, pool in the yard. Publix is 5 minutes away. The only things that upset us were dead cockroaches at the entrance when we opened the door and a pile of hair in the bed when we made it. Definitely worth the money but the owners need to change the cleaning company, I found baby underwear behind the dresser when checking out.
