This was my 5th visit to Havana in three years. The condo was beautiful as most all have been, however this time I was so impressed with my communication with our cohost, Rolando, beginning with the Airbnb “message host”-with all the arrangements Rolando prearranged for our arrival at the airport, flexible check -in, to the warm greeting and tour of the condo, to the final goodbye and and handling the transportation back to the airport - Rolando was prompt to answer all my questions and made our stay and my plans completely flawless. Havana is difficult at times to communicate with the water or electricity or other things Americans take for granted, but this property receives a Michelin 5***** rating in every area. Many thanks, Rolando, for a wonderful experience!!

Spacious, clean house that has everything you need including a billiard room with tv and a bar. Moro and Arian were a great help. And the ladies that were helping with cleaning and cooking were very sweet and helpful. The pool was also nice and we had plenty of space to spread out.

It was an excellent place for my one week stay. Location, comfort, Wi-Fi, all was good. Of course, power and thus Wi-Fi was dependent upon Cuba, and fourth floor, so not too bad if no power for the elevator. But I kind of like the mess of Cuba, as long as I can leave when I want to.
