Overall, the space was gorgeous and the check in process was fairly simple. The major downside of this experience was the last minute change to this reservation. I booked a suite in order to accommodate 5 people in one unit, rather than separate hotel rooms. We all traveled to be together. The day before our reservation, I received a very brief message explaining that due to the previous guests, the suite we reserved was no longer available. The host accommodated our party with two separate rooms, which again were great. The entire point of renting out the suite was to be able to spend our time all together. It was inconvenient to be in two separate spaces, and took away from our overall experience. It was not what we paid for.

Omg amazing service !! The people at reception were super lovely and helpful. The place is definitely much bigger than the pictures show it was a nice surprise. Loved everything felt right at home. So many kitchen supplies really loved that. Would definitely come again !!
