I enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic and the beds and furniture were comfy. The back porch is really nice to hang out on. We did run into a few issues. The kitchen is pretty bare. (I haven't ever been to an AirBnB that didn't even have salt and pepper or sugar, although it isn't advertised that they do). They only have one kitchen towel and no drying mat or rack. A couple of the glasses were dirty. The floor was dirty and there was hair in the corners. They also didn't have enough bedding for the number of beds they said they had and we needed it. I think the pros outweighed the cons, but all of the issues are very easily and inexpensively remedied.

I arrived and hour before check-in and contacted Jonathan. I was able to check-in early, which was nice. The property was clean and neat. Great location, 15 minutes to Tybee and 15 to the North Historic District. Great neighborhood and quiet. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Savannah and doesn't want the hustle and bustle of being downtown
