Já sobre o hotel, é nítido que o serviço decaiu muito. Além de ser impossível conseguir serviço de quarto e as piscinas estarem eventualmente sujas, foram criadas uma séria de regras e restrições que tornaram a estadia muito complicada e até desagradável, especialmente para famílias com crianças. Péssimo serviço por parte da gerência do hotel.
