We loved the apartment. We loved the neighborhood. Both were perfect for our first stop on a European trip.
The spacious, comfortable, bright apartment has views to the horizon with Pompidou Center close by and Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower in the far distance. The basics are thoughtfully stocked - soap and shampoo in the bathroom, tea bags and Nespresso pods in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, larger than it looks in the photo.
Although the Picasso Museum is on the same block, the immediate neighborhood is quiet. Yet everything we needed was close by or a short walk. There's a well-stocked Franprix market on the next block. A cafe is right next door.
It's a three minute morning walk to Le Moulin de Rosa boulangerie for fresh baked croissants, a baguette (we like the seeded ones), and scrumptious pain au chocolate with almond topping and filling.
Lots of people visit Paris. With this apartment and neighborhood, for five days we lived there.

The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of 2 metro stops and Notre Dame. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it accommodated our group of 7 well. We had a wonderful stay in Paris.

So this was my first time traveling with another family, so totaling 4 adults two 8 year olds, a 4 and 2 year old. This apartment gave us all enough privacy and work space as two of us had to work from Paris. We cooked breakfast every morning while literally walking to the corner to get fresh baked bread. Eating a robust breakfast is key when traveling with kids, the kitchen allows for all of us to sit and eat together! We never had to wait for a bathroom or shower! We made sure there was laundry so we could pack light, the washer and dryer are easy to use.
Transportation was a simple walk to the subway / metro. Everything was awesome!
My wife and I had a earlier arrival time, Michael allow us not only to leave our bags in the apt but also check in way earlier! Thank you for that, because my kids didn’t sleep in the plane:/
