This was a rare find in Naples, a real house in a real neighborhood. It is an older home and could probably use some updating, but it had a wonderful old Florida feel to it and our host, Michael, was outstanding. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to experience Naples without the crowding and hassles of old town.

This place has great curb appeal and was beautiful once inside. Big and roomy to let us have our own space when desired and big rooms to all gather in when we wanted to. The house has almost everything you need to live in, cook and feel like home. The pool / hot tub combo is perfect. (It gets morning sun / afternoon shade.) WiFi worked well by the pool. The beach is about a mile away. A long (but easy) walk, he has bikes to shorten the trip and the beach has several garages nearby too - with a great "drop off / pickup" area. The house has bikes, beach chairs, lots of bath and beach towels. It was a little pricey - but we were the ones who wanted to be in Sunday / warm Florida over Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again.

The house was immaculate. Michael responded very quickly to every email sent. The house was stocked with dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Best of all, there were keurig cups too!
The bedding was extremely comfortable. More towels, linens and beach towels than you would ever need.
We did not use the pool since the weather was chilly.
Overall, we would rent from this homeowner again. Very satisfied.
