This property was in a good location to the lovely Shoal Bay with several restaurant close by. House was clean and comfortable. Check out time of 10am is a bit tight especially when the dishwasher also needed to be emptied. Overall a nice time & good communicate from Raine & Horne Nelson Bay. They did let us check in 2 hours earlier on arrival which was possible with no guest staying prior to us visiting in winter! It's a fun house with kids and the garage is a bit of a games area for them with a table tennis table.

We had a lovely weekend with our family. The house is well set out with plenty of living space. It was lovely and clean. Great position, we walked to the club and enjoyed a lovely lunch. We were able to sit around the fire pit of a night...such a lovely atmosphere. We had one slight hiccup...couldn't find the sofa bed linen but when we contacted the owners they explained where it was and offered us a late check out which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful house had everything we needed and more!
The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances which made cooking a breeze.
We really enjoyed relaxing on the balconies and watching the sunset - the photos don’t do it justice!
Our group of 8 enjoyed the house with plenty of room and spaces to relax in.
The beds were super comfortable - all with amazing views of the water below.
With plenty of restaurants and waterside walks nearby, the location of the house was perfect for us.
The house felt very welcoming and cosy - we’ll definitely be back again!
