Pros: great location 1 block to Lake Harriet and the business district. Also on the 6 bus route which made commuting to the office in downtown Minneapolis easy. Free on-site, reserved parking. Janene was responsive and helpful.
Cons: basically no cons. The unit had a two- in- one washing machine which was slow. Really not an issue since you can always hang dry clothes or take them to the in- building laundry room.
Other notes: the building has an elevator and a rooftop deck.
