Overall, it was a great location — larger house adjacent to the smaller mother-in-law suit we stayed in — I could see it being less private with both places be occupied.

We were satisfied overall with our stay. Check in was very easy. We did get hit with 5 competing glade plug ins, 2 per room in places, as soon as we walked in which was a bit over powering. We went to open windows and balcony doors to find the place didn't have any screens, it's a bit early in the season so maybe they take them out? For 2 days, the apartment did become inundated through the vents from neighbors smoking. There was also a neighbor that stomped around until 4:30am a few nights but not all. The host can't control outside inputs but for these reasons we could only give 4 stars. We did raise these concerns to the host who agreed to refund us 1 day so we could depart early, which we appreciated. Overall we don't regret choosing this place, it was extremely spacious and location was great but would likely look into other properties listed by the host as we have the utmost confidence that if something were to go awry, as that does happen, it would be remedied.

The place was cute and super clean; the description was an accurate representation of property. Really close to everything we wanted to do. Items of note - the back door steps have an unexpected very steep first step. And the morning light comes streaming through - no draperies that block light.
