The location can't be beat! While the apt is tight, it's perfect for a small group, and can accommodate 8 people sharing beds and couches easily. The kitchen is very small, but works fine if you are just making snacks and drinks. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but if you're there for sun and fun, and no fuss, it is fine. Plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. You can hear the street noise, but it's not going on super late, just the usual nightlife activity! It's a very short walk to the beach. The hosts are super responsive and brought us extra toilet paper and kitchen supplies! Recommend for a girls weekend!

Room is right on Ocean Drive close to many restaurants and bars. We also inquired about the boat rental as per the Host and we had a very pleasant experience with them too. we had absolutely no issues with the beds or the kitchen appliances and we did not see any pests. The hallways were getting new paint and patches when we got there and the room could use a little face lift as well. Some small things to note; the drain in bathroom was clogged so water would pool to your ankles. The hot water can run out, the elevator was kind of slow, and dont mess with the inner door latch as it could mess with lock. 7 of us stayed there and overall, the building is quiet the neighboring guests were friendly and the noise from the bars were not that bad. If you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine just in case! Check-in was available early for us but unfortunately our flight got delayed so we checked in at 3pm. Great experience overall!
