2 main issues: 1) instructions for using the lock were not clear. I had to message but they were responsive. 2) Not generous with the amenities. Ran out of the basics - toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels before my first planned stay was over and I was only 1 person. Did not provide things like dish soap. Only a tiny amount of laundry detergent. Even the salt ran out. It would have been nice to provide some other cooking basics like oil and vinegar. It wasn’t available so I got my own. That said, when I asked for a refill on supplies, they provided what I asked for quickly but still not enough. Ran out again and needed another refill. Monty Holiday House - Be a bit for generous with the supplies next time!
Quant au logement il était satisfaisant, grand, situé en hauteur ce qui est agréable. En revanche même si cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous déjeunions/dinions dehors, la cuisine est vraiment équipée de façon très minimaliste et il n'y avait même pas de liquide vaisselle. Et la propreté générale de l'appartement n'était pas parfaite (poussiéreux notamment).
