Kim was very responsive with the queries. The place could have been better maintained..showers not good, towels had to be replaced and bathroom door broken. The street down is busy and noisy. AC cooling was not sufficient considering the temperatures outside which is extremely hot. Place should be cleaned in 2 days which was taken care if when we requested.
