Amazing place to stay for Kruger Park. The house is 500 meters: huge living areas and bedrooms and bathrooms with a heated pool and amazing view of the Safari from every room. Daily maid service and the house is extremely well-maintained with every possible amenity. We would come back here again.

Elephant Point e o Mavalanga Lodge são incríveis. Me surpreenderam demais. As fotos nao refletem a beleza do local, as instalações e conforto do empreendimento. Você está efetivamente no meio da natureza. Avistamos da piscina zebras, elefantes, antílopes, hipopotamos, mas o melhor ficou para o último dia. ... avistamos um leopardo há cerca de 50 a 70 metros da casa .. inacreditável. O staff é sensacional... antes da chegada (por email) no check in e durante a estadia a Patience foi extraordinária, assim como a housekeeping (acho que pronuncia Niele). A casa é excepcional...cozinha completa, quartos confortáveis, decoração belíssima, um quarto com mesa de bilhar, telão e até uma academia, que deixaram as crianças entretidas o tempo todo. A vista da pscina para o rio é fenomenal. Por fim, um agradecimento ao nosso motorista/ranger, Pete, que tem olhos de águia ... avistamos os BiG FIVE e muito mais animais no game drive com ele. Definitivamente quero voltar. Nota 1000000

This is a great place in a great location - no questions at all. We were on the other hand let down by the property management (not the owner). After paying 1.3k for nights, as we came into the property, we were told we had to buy firewood. Which was cheap, but the issue is that if you are providing house cleaning and all of the other services, why is wood an extra cost. This wouldn't be so bad, but we did use 2 bags of wood, and as we were leaving were told to turn around at the gate and go pay for the wood. It ruined the was otherwise a great experience. I would have preferred to pay double or triple the cost of the wood to just include it in the same bill. The inconvenience does not match the cost, and all the benefit of a few extra bucks for the management company.

WOW! This house is absolutely amazing! Everything...the decorations, the view, the bedding, the kitchen, the bar...I could go on and on. We fell in love with this place and want to return as soon as possible. The entire staff at Elephant Point was so friendly and accommodating! The game drive was all we could have asked for - we saw the Big 5 and more! The on-site restaurant is quite good and great to have if you don't want to cook in the absolutely amazing kitchen. :) We will be back!
