The rental on Baronne in the Warehouse District was the PERFECT home base for my group of six friends. If you have a group who desires to spread out and maybe prefers to have their own beds, this was ideal. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a bathroom with nice closet storage. First, the street is one-way and quiet away from the bar scene. We found it to be easy enough for walking to Magazine Street and French Quarter for sights. Just lovely and tastefully decorated with hard surface flooring which seemed very clean. We enjoyed chatting in the very spacious living room with large windows. We didn't cook in the unit or use the large dining table since we only had 3 nights but the kitchen is very nice with a large fridge. Our stay was just after Mardi Gras, March 7- March 10, 2025. It feels very secure with a coded elevator entry. Grab a coffee or grocery items just across the street, down the block at Rouses Market. Everything you might need for snacks, drinks. 5-Star all the way!

The standout feature is the friendly and attentive staff, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a great stay in New Orleans!
