Helped us find parking (must park on street near house and walk ~1block), met us at check-in to ensure we understood how the keys work, how to use the hot tub and how to turn on the hot water system. She also explained where to eat and quick access to the beach.

Well-kept, beautiful and cosy place to stay in Athens. The apartment is very nice, you have everything you need, in my opinion. Clean and mached the photos and the description. Also, the mattress is amazing to say at least 😅. It’s close to the city center (walkable distante) but in a peaceful and safe area.

La petite maisonnette est super bien située, un peu à l écart du centre, elle propose une plage presque privée avec parasol. Avec les transats proposés, c était presque un petit goût de paradis. Itea est magnifique, le décor, les montagnes autour, l eau turquoise avec ses tortues de mer, tout y était. Nous y reviendront sans hésiter.
