We stayed over Spring Break Week. The location is perfect. Really nice waterfront where we could fish easily. You can see how desirable this location is especially in the Summer. The kids took a toob and rode the toob chute just up the river. The location this time of year was incredibly peaceful. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The fishing was great and being close to gruene was a real plus. Highly recommend this home. Will be back for sure!
