Place was good for the price, unfortunately it's right next to canal street so it's pretty loud in the morning, the windows and walls are pretty thin. If you are used to city living and don't mind the noise the place is exactly as described, and one of the better options around the area for the price I think. Didn't try the pull out couch so can't comment on how comfy it is.

Went for Mardi Gras and this was the PERFECT location. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the rooftop gave a great parade view. Building was well maintained and felt safe. Would definitely book here again.
