I had a lovely stay at the apartment, although I had a few hiccups. It was easy to check in with the keybox and the apartment was easy to find. The apartment was nice and modern and everything I needed was available and everything was clean. I did have a leak in the bedroom but once I reported it, the host responded within 30 minutes and within 8 hours it was solved and the host had a couple of extra towels delivered to the flat the next day.
The apartment is in a nice location with a few supermarkets within walking distance and the city center about a 10min walk.

What a fabulous place. 10 of us stayed in this great 3 floor house. A great location to introduce my home town of York to some of my daughter’s friends. A quiet residential street, with handy street parking (York like many towns is quite limited in parking) and only 30 minutes to walk into the centre. The inside is beautifully furnished, with good size rooms, and super comfortable beds. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a couple of families wanting to explore York together.
