A couple minor complaints; the stove is old and didn’t work well, and the dishwasher is utterly worthless.
Aside from that, we loved it.
Downtown (with the State Theatre, many microbreweries, restaurants, shops, and West Bay) was a 30-minute walk away, so it was possible to make this a car-free vacation once we got to the loft. On our first evening in the loft, it was nice to be able to walk downstairs in the same building and enjoy a delicious meal at Trattoria Stella.
The loft itself was quiet and relaxing. The high ceilings made the loft feel spacious and the tall windows let in lots of light.
The bedroom upstairs was comfortable and spacious with its own sitting area, TV, and bathroom.
