Pool and spa were great, pool cleaners arrived during our stay and vacuumed it. A few small issues with things in the house during our stay but were taken care of promptly by maintenance once we communicated with NVH.
Kitchen was clean, basic tools and utensils included for cooking.
Over-all loved it and would stay again!
The swimming pool was turning green the day we arrived and asked to have pool maintenance, which was prompt and one day later still faded swim trunks and hair .
Which was clear for 7-8 days and returning to the green tinge color day 10 . There should be a regular pool maintenance schedule every 6-7 days.
Beds and pillows were comfortable
The couch is hard to sit in as it too has probably been used well (too soft) and lack of comfort .
Utensils and cook ware need updating where non stick pans are scratched and now stick every time they are used.
Parking was very accommodating for multiple vehicles.
Garbage pickup was prompt.
The house overall needs attention to detail.
Towels were provided, however no hand towels ,we had to purchase and just left our hand towels for the house and next guests. Mats are needed to enter house from patio, as the floor becomes slippery. So we bought some and left behind.
Glad that the kitchen was stocked with the necessary items to prepare meals. Also, really enjoyed the entertainment section.
Target was a 1/4 mile away so forgotten or needed items were readily available and within walking distance. Restaurants, entertainment, and activities were a stones throw away.
Also, it was clean and the beds were comfortable! Huge plus!!!!
I would recommend the location to family and friends headed to Orlando.
