We had a fantastic time at Joe & Mandy’s for Spring Break. I traveled with young kids (ages 2 and 6) who, especially loved the resort and amenities! We have been to the Ocean Walk and Wyndham resort twice before and stayed with a friend, so this was our first private reservation of our own. As a single mom, it was affordable for the last minute spring break trip and my kids had a blast! Finding the resort was easy & the check in process was smooth. Communication with the hosts was fantastic from start to finish.
Some constructive feedback that I could offer:
- The water in the shower didn’t get hot enough for me. Like it was warm but never hot. (Could be due to the fact that it’s a resort and hundreds of people are using the same water heating source).
In all a fantastic stay and condo 5/5 and I would book again! 🤍⭐️

Check in was easy and on time. arrived to a completely filthy unit. Nothing had been touch since the last people where there. Beds still had dirty sheets. Trash can was overflowing. Bath towels and beach towels laying everywhere. Extra dirty sheets laying on the couch. Contacted the hosts and they left two messages on two platforms and then they responded. I guess the cleaning company "forgot" to clean the unit that day. It took an hour for the host to get the cleaning company there and then 35/40 minutes for them to clean the unit. After, we were informed they were done, we were able to go back to the room. The cleaning company did an excellent job cleaning. With two kids under 8, one being special needs and a service dog, this was not a good way to start our mini vacation. We went down to the pool area and we're yelled at by a security guard about our service dog and that we couldn't have him there. It cause a scene. Wish I could write more as it wasn't the best experience.
