Place was great! Very clean, mostly new everything! Directly across from bay. The one BIG downside was that this is a downstairs unit and you can hear EVERY SINGLE step the people upstairs take, coughing and loud conversation. It kept me up every night. Greet price, but definitely need ear plugs and maybe some melatonin.

My guests and I loved everything about Duncan’s beach house…from the delightful decor to the nice sitting areas(including the front deck, screened in porch, n dining area) to the comfy beds with room darkening curtains. The shower pressure was superb and so were the towels. The neighborhood is so perfect for walking my dog, getting to the beach, and riding my bike. We especially appreciated the new beach chairs n umbrella— as we were up to the ocean every day! The added touches like coasters and throw blankets for chilly night on the porch were wonderful. Such a terrific place.
