Nice play area, rather have that than a garage, plenty games to keep everyone entertain. Outdoor area was great, swimming pool with enough outdoor furniture and next to the patio with BBQ grill, stools, tables and outdoor games. Bicycles and wagon for kids was a big plus for us. Enough room for parking, big plus having two driveways. Neighborhood is very quiet. Closed to a lot of restaurants and shops, beach only about 2 miles away. We definitely recommend this place, special for large family or group. Host was very fast to respond to our questions/concerns.
