We had a great stay. Loved the views from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. Nice doorman building. Allia was very helpful, responsive and accommodating to all our requests which was great. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet for NYC which was nice. The apartment is bright and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views of Hudson river (spectacular sunsets!) and also facing South (wide, unrestricted view of the city). High floor at the corner of the building, located between 10th and 11th Avenues. Nearest subway stations are 10 min walking, but there are many bus lines nearby. Kitchen could have more appliances (no coffee maker, mixer, few pots/pans), but it's funcional. Our family of 4...
