Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Porto à Pieds ! Nous avons pu bénéficier du service chauffeur pour nous rendre aux bureaux depuis l'aéroport et nous avons pu entrer dans l'appartement plus tôt que prévu ce qui n'est pas négligeable.
Seuls petit bémols, l'appartement n'est pas très bien chauffé, uniquement des petits chauffages électriques, la rue étant passante il y a pas mal de bruit dans l'appartement et nous avons eu seulement un papier toilette pour 4 personnes pour 3 nuits.

Lovely views of Porto from the flat. Looked like the pictures and a good space for the 2 of us.. Great location for exploring Porto and some lovely restaurants close by. The downsides were that the lock to get into the entrance area was really difficult even with the video instructions. There is building work local but did not impact but area was fairly noisy at night, people putting bottles in the recycling area at the top of the road during the night/early hours. There was a lot of noise from the flat above with walking around. If light sleeper maybe take early plugs. We had severe weather and the seal is not very good on the balcony doors so they opened, although closed at night and draft from toilet window bottom we blocked with a towel but couldn’t with gap at top. Lock was broken on my shutters so had to push the fan in front to keep out light, shower lock also was faulty which we reported. Communication was prompt and we appreciated the early check in offered

The apartment was beautiful. So spacious, clean and in the center of so many things. Check-in was great as we were greeting in person, given a tour of the apartment and a map with great suggestions. Host was very responsive when we reached out with questions. I hope to stay here again when I make it back to Porto!

Our stay was overall good. The location is superb and the apartment is architecturally beautiful. We had a few challenges with our stay, including the check in.
We were instructed to go to their office to pick up the keys, but only once we got there, we were told to meet them at the apartment. This caused us to have to get two separate Uber rides in opposite directions. While the person we met was very kind, she had issues opening the doors, could not locate the apartment on a map, and the place had no hot water when we arrived.
There are maintenance issues persisting from reviews left months ago, including an unsecured railing and a faulty shower head holder that causes the bathroom to flood. I wish the host would fix these issues in November when they were reported, so we did not have to experience those inconveniences in March.
There are many choices in Porto, so while the stay was overall good, we would likely not stay here or choose ORM again.
