The location is awesome. The house is in good condition. Kitchen and bathrooms are very clean. The roof has a jacuzzi, a hammock, and great view of the ocean. Only a block from Hermosa Beach pier, yet it is quiet at night. Short distance to PCH where Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and vons are.
