Lovely house with great access onto the estuary path to Padstow. Would be lovely in the summer with the outdoor space and BBQ.
You have to fill and heat the hot tub yourself, so just allow plenty of time for it to warm up.

Very quirky looking property, full of lots of windows and natural light. Especially liked the great views at the front overlooking the sea and the church and fab outside deck space. Quite basic but very clean and tidy and worth the money. Fab central location perfect for exploring St Ives. We loved our short weekend stay and will certainly come back in summer months. Communication was generally good but often contradictory which meant we had to double check a few things to discover the truth such as an additional deposit outside of Airbnb is not required and checkout is 10am not 9am.

If you want to be right in town, be able to park outside and yet still see the sea this is the place! We were there in March so it was also peaceful and not so crowded. We love Fowey and this house is beautiful, spotless and has its own little rooftop space to enjoy the view down the estuary but be aware that the kitchen is on the ground floor and the living room area is on the top floor (bedrooms in between).

Good location as just on the fringe of the old town so quiet and easy to walk into and very close to the harbour and restaurants . Seashells has a dedicated parking space so no worries about the cost of parking . The house has been updated with cosy and warm furnishings. The bed was comfy . The visitors book could do with updating as it had the bin collection dates for 2015 ! The day of the bin collection was inaccurate as now a Thursday and not as listed as a Friday . The book could have included recommendations for beaches and pubs etc . It was sparse and included Covid rules ( which I would rather forget ) . Checkout of 9am is early as well but all these were small points as the house was perfect for us ( 2 adults and a dog) . I loved being able to walk into Padstow - a mere 5 minute walk . The beaches in the area are stunning and I will miss the house as we had a wonderful week. The house is very well equipped and the tea and coffee on arrival was very generous in quantity .
