★★★★★
A lovely 4 storey cottage. Ideal for couples or a young family. Right in the middle of town with easy access to shops and restaurants.
It’s an old cottage that blends right in with history of Rye and has some quirky features that we loved
★★★★
Fantastic place, incredible location and really well kept and run house. Loved the welcome pack and home touches like the Christmas decorations.
Only negatives were the single bathroom at the back of the ground floor which required use of very steep stairs in the night. Note: the stairs are very steep and require careful steps! Otherwise, thanks so much for a brilliant stay.
★★★★★
Loved the tranquility of the accommodation and the far reaching views from huge picture windows.
Clean, comfortable and tasteful decor with a lovely log burner.
The hot tub was a real treat even on a cold, blustery and rainy day.
Ideal if you have one, well behaved dog. The local pub, The Ferry Inn is also very dog friendly and serves delicious locally sourced food.
A fantastic place to escape to.

We were a family of 8 coming to spend Christmas in Brighton. 37 was a great location to shop the Lanes, visit all of the interesting spots in Brighton, while eatimg and drinking our way around town.
The house was also well set up for cooking, even something as massive as Christmas dinner, given a little planning once we had seen what was on hand..
The only contact needed with our hosts was when we managed to throw a breaker on the fuse box. We had a great response with clear instructions of what to try and were back in busness in no time. The problem did not reoccur, so was down to user error.
We would recommend 37 to anyone wanting a great time in Brighton!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas and everything was perfect. The location was perfect and so peaceful. I will be booking again!
